Outside, it was one of those typically hot summer days that had already everyone sweating. Everybody was fanning themselves and seeking out some form of relief. A fritz of clouds gauzed the sky, and it almost seemed like a gradual redemption was in order. Before long though, drops began to pelt down from above, providing a nice chilled relief from the humidity. It was a therapeutic shower, as if the raindrops were trying to wipe away the warmth. It was as if nature were trying to thank us for all of the back-breaking labor that we put in under the harsh rays of the sun.
People scampered for shelter as raindrops began to pelt the roof. As they were still under the shelter, they could listen to the nice sound of raindrops pounding on the surface It was really like a beautiful melody, where every drip of rain was a note of the music. They were dancing upon the grill and making soft, gentle tunes — music to everyone’s ears. It was so beautiful to look at the table, and with the sound of rain which is making everybody coollo. But the rain made it a fairytale day.
Rain makes everything seem on halt for some moments. Daily routines put a full stop to the busy world and people take off work. The rain tells us that we need to pause and take in the moment. For toddlers, it is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy with their friends (playing in the rain and splashing around puddles). So they can laugh and run, breathe the fresh scent of rainfall. For grown-ups, it is a moment to contemplate. To remind them of the wonders of nature at work, giving them a chance to stop and breathe from their hectic life. The rain teaches all to slow down, and revel in the simple pleasures.
Rain is most essential for the life of plants, animals and human beings. So a little bit like the earth is having a cold drink of water, filling the land and rivers. Rainwater rain is really important to plants because it helps them grow big and strong, and also provides moisture. This also aids the animals in locating food, and maintaining a healthy body. This cycle of rain and growth is natural and keeps everything balanced in their lives. With no rain, everything can dry away with it and bring issues like drought. This is the reason why rain is an important and significant aspect of nature therefore we should be thankful towards it as well as preserve it.
The journey that every single raindrop takes, often breathtaking. It begins as a minuscule droplet in the clouds above us, only to plummet back down and join a stream or the great oyster. Each drop here has its own story about the journey it took across land and sea. Each drop has its story to tell which is an amazing thought. Some drops may fall into a garden to help flowers grow, others might splash into a puddle where kids are playing. So every drop of rain is a part of larger story about life and nature in general.
